By accessing, browsing or purchasing from CelebrationKit.com, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any product-specific terms displayed on the website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

CelebrationKit is a multi-brand gifting marketplace through which customers may discover and purchase celebration, gifting and related products offered under different brands.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE

Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments where products are sourced from different locations, brands or sellers.

13. MARKETPLACE AND PARTICIPATING SELLERS
CelebrationKit may provide a platform through which customers discover and purchase products from participating brands and sellers.
Where a product is supplied by a participating seller, that seller may remain responsible for certain aspects of product supply, fulfilment, warranties or post-sale obligations as specified on the product page, order information or applicable law.
CelebrationKit may facilitate communication, payment processing, order coordination, customer support or other marketplace functions.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
14. BRAND AND MANUFACTURER INFORMATION
Products may be sold under brands owned by Quick Retailing LLP, participating sellers, manufacturers or other rights holders.
Brand names, logos, images, product descriptions and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.
A product being listed on CelebrationKit does not mean that CelebrationKit owns the brand or manufactures the product unless expressly stated.
15. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS
Promotional codes, discounts, cashback offers, bundles and other promotional benefits may be subject to additional terms.
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions or usage limits.
